CJ was a great realtor for us. He was very responsive and had confidence that our home would sell. It was not an easy sell as I sold after November 2022 and the interest rates started increasing quite a bit. It was also the holiday season… overall not the greatest time to sell. He also was invaluable when we were looking for a home because he has professional plumbing background and could identify risks that weren’t apparent to the eye.
